1. THE FIRST TEN MINUTES (emergency level)6.5 hrs.

For companies with fewer than 5 employees, this is our most popular seminar for the workplace. Combines emergency first-aid and adult CPR. One day or two half days or evenings. (2 certificates)

2. STANDARD FIRST-AID 13 hrs.

Required for workplaces with more than 5 employees on any shift. Combines standard first-aid and adult CPR. Conducted in two full days, or 3- 4.5 hr. sessions. (2 certificates)

3. AED (automated external defibrillator) training.

The next link in saving lives. This half day program prepares first responders to deal with cardiac arrest by using a simple device that delivers a life-saving shock. Ideal for first responders such a company nurses, security, and first-aiders. Call for details.

4. CITIZEN CPR LEVEL ONE 3.5 hrs. (Adult CPR)

Ideal for the workplace, general interest, community groups. Focuses on choking, breathing and cardiac emergencies. Includes heartsaver certificate.

5. CITIZEN CPR (Basic Rescuer) 4 hrs.

Designed for health care professionals, aquatics staff and first- responders. Focuses on infant, child and adult airway, breathing and cardiac emergencies. Includes Basic Rescuer certificate.

6. CITIZEN CPR TWO RECERTIFICATION. 4 hrs.

For those certified at the basic rescuer level who need to renew within 14 months of their last training seminar.

7. STANDARD FIRST-AID REFRESHER 6.5. hrs.

For those who have taken standard first-aid training within the past 3 years. Must show proof of certification. Pre-class study required.

8. First Ten Minutes Level 2- l4 hrs.

A more advanced seminar combining standard first-aid and basic rescuer CPR. Ideal for health care professionals, aquatic staff, and first-responders. (2 certificates)

9. Train the Trainer

For those organizations with large staffs that want to train many individuals this may help cut costs. Your staff member will be certified as both first-aid and CPR instructors. Call for details.
